Sleep Study Level 1:
Level 1 Sleep studies are conducted in a hospital or sleep centre under the supervision of a sleep technician and with a video recording. The Following parameters are recorded:

- Chin EMG (Sleep Staging)

Sleep Study Level - 2 / Home Sleep Test – Most Common
Level – 2 Sleep studies are conducted at home.

Level 2 Sleep Studies are the most popular and preferred ones as these are done at the comfort of person’s home and are equally comprehensive like a Level l sleep study.
